1. PRICES

All prices are in Euros and include V.A.T. and are subject to availability at time of booking. We reserve the right to vary prices in the event of fluctuations in the exchange rate or price increase made by service provider or other price increases such as oilprices;

2. DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT

A non-refundable deposit of EUR 150,- per person is due within 1 month of booking.

Final payment is due no less than 60 days prior departure date. If booking is made within 90 days from departure full payment is due on confirmation; Payment for all bookings must be sent & made payable to Training Trips. For payment options available, call us for details.

3. BOOKING AMENDMENT

Once the deposit has been paid, any amendment to the tour booking will incur an administration fee of EUR 50,-, plus any charges levied by airlines and overseas and domestic operators.

4. CONFIRMATION FORM

The person signing the confirmation form warrants that he or she has the authority of the persons designated, whether by name or not, to make this booking on heir behalf subject to the conditions herin contained.

5. CANCELLATION FEES & REFUNDS

The person who signed the booking form must confirm cancellations in writing. Charges apply as shown below.

Terms of cancellations
  1. cancellation till day 42 (exclusive) before departure; down payment
  2. cancellation from day 42 (inclusive) till day 21 (exclusive) before departure; 35% of total travel amount
  3. cancellation from day 21 (inclusive) till day 14 (exclusive) before departure; 40% of total travel amount
  4. cancellation from day 14 (inclusive) till day 5(exclusive) before departure; 50% of total travel amount
  5. cancellation from day 5 (inclusive) till day of departure; 90% of total travel amount
  6. Cancellation on day of departure is 100%

If the reason for cancellation is covered by your travel insurance policy you may be able to reclaim these charges.

6. ON TOUR CANCELLATION

Training Trips and their representative reserve the right to terminate your trip at any time if your behaviour or that of any person in your touring party is reasonable deemed by Training Trips likely to cause damage, distress, danger or annoyance to any of our customers or employees or their property or to any third or their property.

7. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is not included. We strongly recommended that at time of booking you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover items such as but not limited to cancellation, medical expensen, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability. We will be able to assist you with this and recommend the best insurance to meet your travel needs

8. TRIP VARIATIONS & CONDITIONS

If unforeseen circumstances beyond our control require us to make necessary changes to your trip in accordance with operating requirements, we reserve the right to make changes, cancel or reschedule departures and itineraries. Should this become necessary we will give you reasonable notice there of, in the circumstances and where available, offer you comparable alternative. Training Trips is not responsible for the cost of any other travel arrangements affected due to our amendments, cancellation or rescheduling of any tour departure.

9. LIABILITY

Training Trips responsibility will be to ensure your tour arrangements are carried out to the best of our ability. However we cannot accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of service providers, over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased tour arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused dierctly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part. In particular, but without limitation to these conditions, we accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury you may suffer as a result of terrorism, war (including civil-war), threat of war, coup, riot, civil distrubance, closure of airports, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, epidemic or health risk, acts of God, adverse weather conditions or similar evenets. It is your responsibility to inform yourself about the safety and security situation in the places you are travelling to.

10. COMPLAINT PROCEDURES

In the unlikely event of any dissatisfaction with the accomodation or any other service provided by us, you must report it immediately to the tour leader so that action can be taken to remedy the problem. Any compliant made to us after the tour should be made in writing 28 days of tour completion.

11. THE CONTRACT

This contract is between Training Trips on behalf of Training Trips and the client, being any person travelling or intending to travel on a tour operated by Training Trips.

12. JURISDICTION

This contract is governed by Dutch law and each party shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch Courts
