Sporting Clube de Portugal is a Portuguese multi-sports club based in Portugal's capital city of Lisbon. Sporting is the third-most successful Portuguese football club in Portuguese competitions, with 44 titles, behind Benfica, which has 67 titles, and Porto, which has 64 titles. The club is also the third-most successful Portuguese football club in international competitions with one title, behind Porto, which has seven titles, and behind Benfica, which has three titles. It is again the third-most successful Portuguese football club in terms of total titles, with 45 titles, behind Porto's 71 titles and Benfica's 70 titles.

YOUTH ACADEMY
Sporting Lisbon is famous and is seen as one of the best 3 youth academies in Europe according to the FIFA website. Few players from the academy are Cristiano Ronaldo, Luís Figo, Ricardo Quaresma, Simão, João Moutinho, Miguel Veloso, en Nani.

HOTEL
The Sporting / Puma Academy - Center of Soccer of the Sporting Club of Portugal – situated in Alcochete, in the outskirts of Lisbon about 30 minutes of the Airport of Lisbon through the new Vasco Bridge of Gamma. The ample and attractive place, with about 2500 m2 square meters was chosen because of its excellent location.

LOCATION
Furthermore it is a very quite place and the air is much cleaner as it is outside of Lisbon. Of course being in Portugal the academy benefits from warm and sunny climate the whole year through.

ROOMS
In total there are 91 rooms of which 18 are available for your team. The other rooms are for players from the academy who stay there. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, Central heating, bathroom, toilet, television, telephone, internet access etc.

FACILITIES
There are two fully equipped gyms, big hydro-massage bath, Turkish Bath, Conference Room, medical centre and also a swimming pool .

The Sporting / PUMA Academy has five natural grass fields with regular measurements ( 110x70m), an Astroturf field (90x70m) and an semi indoor astroturf field (60x40m). The main pitch also has a stand for approximately 1000 spectators.
