Roberto Fernandez

As a child of a Spanish father and a Dutch mother, Spain has always been very special to me. Because I was not brought up bilingual I decided to study Spanish in Valencia a couple of years ago, in 2003. I choose Valencia because my fathers family lives here and as a child I used to visit Valencia on holidays. I ended up staying in Valencia because during my study in 2003 I met Sara who now is my wife. Now we live together in Valencia, 5 minutes from the beach.

I graduated in Sports, economics and communication and most of my working experience in the Netherlands was in accountancy. Football is my passion. I was an active player at highest amateur level for RKVV Wilhelmina, LONGA TSV and WSC.

In Valencia and throughout Spain with Training Trips we have good contacts in the area of pre season training camps, organizing friendly games but also concerning players. Besides that I also do relocation services which is assisting people from abroad who are going to live in Valencia.

Spain in general and especially Valencia offers a lot of (top)sports opportunities, we can really speak of a great sportsclimate.
